HER Slayground/The SOL Garden

The SOL Garden

  • Community

This is not another wellness group full of before-and-after photos and unsolicited advice.

The SOL Garden is a space for real women navigating real midlife — the hormonal shifts, the identity questions, the body that suddenly has opinions, and the version of yourself that's trying to emerge through all of it.

Here we talk about what's actually happening. We share what's working. We ask the questions we've been too embarrassed to Google. And we show up for each other without judgment, without pressure, and without pretending we have it all together.

This is your soft place to land — and your fire starter when you need one.

This is for you if…

  • You’re in midlife and your body, mind, or moods feel… different

  • You’re tired of pretending everything is fine when it isn’t

  • You want real conversations, not tip-toeing around midlife

  • You crave community with women who get it

  • You want guidance from women’s health NPs who tell the truth with love

Inside the MF Fan Club, you’ll get:

  • Monthly live Midlife Meetups with Kay & Tray (teaching, Q&A, and real talk)

  • Ongoing community conversations where you can vent, ask, and celebrate without judgment

  • Midlife prompts & check-ins to keep you grounded and supported between visits

  • A growing resource library of replays, mini-lessons, and tools to help you navigate this season

  • First access and special pricing on future MF experiences and events

You can tweak the cadence (monthly, twice a month, etc.) but let’s name ONLY what you’re truly committing to.

What makes this different

This isn’t a Facebook group or a random chat space. The MF Fan Club is a guided midlife community hosted by two women’s health NPs who live this work every day. It’s honest, medically-informed, and heart-centered—without shame, fluff, or performance.

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. This is an education and community space. We’ll talk about health, hormones, and midlife, but this doesn’t replace 1:1 medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You’re in control. Stay as long as it serves you.
